Information collected
The private SGL Clubhouse may store an approved member’s sign-in email, profile photo, voluntarily provided mobile number, text-alert choices, golf availability, planned games and Clubhouse activity. Public league records and results remain separate from private contact information.
How information is used
Member information is used only to authenticate approved golfers, display their chosen Clubhouse identity, coordinate golf groups, maintain league records and deliver notifications they request.
Mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers required to operate the requested messaging program. Twilio processes messages on behalf of SGL when text alerts are enabled.
Profile photos
A member-uploaded profile photo may appear beside that member’s name inside the Clubhouse and in public SGL activity posts. Mobile numbers, sign-in emails and text preferences are never displayed publicly.
Choices and retention
Members can disable texts, change alert categories or replace their profile photo through Profile & Texts. Replying STOP also disables text delivery. Information is retained while needed for the Clubhouse and may be removed by contacting the league organizer through the private Clubhouse.
Security and scope
Contact information is stored in protected website services and is accessible only through authorized server-side Clubhouse workflows. No online system can guarantee absolute security. This policy applies to scramblegolfleague.com and its SGL Clubhouse features.
